Fresh Bakers

About Fresh

Fresh bakers always make fresh loaves of bread by hand every morning. We have carefully chosen high-quality ingredients. Family and friends. Passion and interest. Since we get up early, our bakeries smell like Mom's cooking. After a day of spreading the word about how much we adore all things flaky and fluffy, we give back by donating any extra baked goods to a nearby charity. Every day, all day long, we bake freshly in-house, and after we close, we distribute the remaining baked goodies to neighborhood organizations. We start over in the morning. Let's raise a glass to be unique.

Our Vision and Mission

We aim to build long-term relationships with our customers and communities that spark a passion for bread and the tastiest freshly baked goods. Our vision is to be the favorite bakery in every town. Our company believes it is our responsibility to cooperate with charitable organizations to assist individuals and families in need as part of our commitment to serving our communities and providing healthy food to Canadians. Our goal is to become every community's favorite bakery. Building relationships with neighborhood organizations in the areas where we conduct business is fundamental to our firm and daily operations.

Our Traditions

High performance and individual responsibility are values we uphold. We are passionate about all we do and take pleasure in the work we produce. The foundation of Fresh Bakers is straightforward and honest communication. Additionally, we don't hesitate to innovate in traditional baking.

People Come First

We are committed to fostering diversity within our network by encouraging an inclusive atmosphere. We value each person's originality, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability, or race, since it contributes to developing our distinctive culture. Give your loved ones more delectable reasons to be grateful. Turn your Thanksgiving into a family feast with freshly baked buns, loaves of bread, and desserts! It's time for dinner, Order whatever you require right away.

End-of-Day Giving

Every day, we freshly bake all of our products, and every evening, we distribute them, ensuring every loaf has a home. Our bakeries contribute the unsold items to neighborhood philanthropic programs at the end of each day.

Our bakery visit is by committed volunteers who collect unsold bread and baked goods and donate them to regional organizations. Every one of our sites enthusiastically contributes their unsold goods because there are constant demands for food in every city and rising worries about food waste. Your neighborhood Fresh Bread bakery will be delighted to hear from you if your organization would profit from this initiative.

We have a particular fondness for organizations that: Share Fresh Bakers' beliefs and culture.Activate regional communities. Encourage good health and happiness.Don't hesitate to contact your neighborhood bakery at least one month before the event if you have a one-time donation request (such as one for an occasion).

Real change begins internally. Always looking for better solutions, creating opportunities for improvement, and persistently challenging what is done are all aspects of accountability to our customers and staff. We are constantly putting into practice strategies to lessen our environmental effects and benefit our planet. We consistently collaborate with our partners to improve our machinery's effectiveness and introduce more environmentally friendly goods and packaging, such as compostable molds. By 2025, we intend only to offer recyclable packaging in our bakery, and we're devoted to employing LED lighting in all newly constructed and renovated bakeries. By 2025, we want all of our bakeries to be converted.

Ethical Sourcing

The components we utilize are one of the secrets to our high-quality goods. We collaborate with numerous international suppliers and evaluate each one's environmental and human resources management policies as part of our decision-making process over who we should engage. We ask that people acknowledge and support our efforts to lessen our carbon footprint.

When discussing our ingredients' caliber and ongoing efforts to do better, we don't hold back. It is no secret that flour is one of our most often-used ingredients, and we only use it the best. We prepare our bread and baked goods as though we were preparing them for a renowned culinary critic or our family, which is the same thing.

Service Providers

In our bakeries, we partner with several businesses that offer various services, from maintaining our equipment to cleaning our laundry and everything. We examine these companies' business practices, including their sustainability commitments, as part of our approval criteria for them.
